How long does my membership last?
One Year

What benefits come with my membership?
Benefits include discounts, special event announcements, and more.

How old do I have to be to qualify for a senior membership?
Senior memberships are for Museum patrons 65 years of age and older.

How can I claim a member discount on a lecture, educational program, class or workshop?
If you register online, there will be a separate button for a membership registration. If you register in on the phone, tell the Museum employee that you are a member and would like the discounted price. If you register in person, simply present your membership card at the time of registration for the discount. Please note that not all lectures, educational programs, classes and workshops offer discounts.

How do I know if a lecture, educational program, class or workshop I am interested in offers a discount?
Member discounts are advertised with the regular price of the event.

Can I give my membership card to someone else so they can enter the Museum or receive a discount on an event? Membership cards cannot be shared.

My Membership includes reciprocal NARM membership. What museums do I hold a reciprocal membership with? Fuller Craft participates in the North American Reciprocal Museum program. A listing of participating museums can be found at narmassociation.org. When you arrive at the Museum you are going to visit, present your Fuller Craft Museum membership card to the front desk.

What if I want to cancel my membership before the one year mark?
Unfortunately memberships cannot be cancelled before the one year mark. Once your membership expires, you can decide to not renew, cancelling your membership before the second year begins.

How do I renew my membership?
Membership can be renewed online, on the phone, or in person at the Museum.

Is my membership automatically renewed?
Your membership is not automatically renewed. The renewal process must be initiated by the member. This can be done online, on the phone, or in person at the Museum.

How will I know when my membership is about to expire?
Membership expires one year to the date of either enrolling or renewing. You will receive a renewal notice when your membership is near expiration.

After enrolling in the membership program, how soon can I use my benefits?
Benefits are immediately available once you have successfully enrolled in the membership program.

My Membership includes benefits that I’d like to schedule (like a private tour). How do I do that? To schedule your tour, please contact 508.588.6000 x126.

I would like to be anonymous in Fuller Craft Museum’s printed materials. Is there a way to not be recognized? If desired, a member can choose to be listed as “anonymous” in the annual report. Please contact the Membership office at 508.588.6000 x123 to confirm your preference.
