Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our registration and refund policy before enrolling in a Fuller Craft Museum class or workshop. These guidelines help ensure fair access to limited studio spaces while allowing us to plan effectively for instructors, materials, and the best possible experience for all participants.

Registration

Registration is complete only after tuition has been paid in full. Spaces cannot be reserved or held without full payment.

Refund Timeline

More than 7 days before the first class

Receive a full refund, less a $10 processing fee to cover transaction costs.

2 to 7 days before the first class

Receive a 50% refund, less a $10 processing fee.

Within 48 hours of the first class

You may cancel your registration, but refunds are generally not available. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances.

After a class or workshop begins

Refunds will not be issued once a class or workshop has started. If you need to withdraw after a class has begun, please notify both your instructor and cbest@fullercraft.org

If Fuller Craft Museum Cancels a Class

Fuller Craft Museum reserves the right to cancel a class or workshop due to low enrollment, instructor availability, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Classes that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements are typically canceled 3 to 5 days before the scheduled start date. Whenever possible, enrolled participants will be notified by email or phone at least 48 hours in advance.

If Fuller Craft Museum cancels a class or workshop, participants will receive a full refund.

Missed Classes

Refunds or credits are not provided for missed class sessions.

If a class session is canceled due to inclement weather or instructor absence, Fuller Craft Museum will make every effort to reschedule the session by extending the course. If rescheduling is not possible, participants will receive a full refund for the canceled session.

Class Transfers

Registrations and payments cannot be transferred to another class or workshop.

If you wish to enroll in a different class, you must first cancel your current registration. Any refund will be issued according to the refund policy outlined above.
