Learn the basics of Indigo dyeing by exploring a variety of techniques. Participants will create a set of 4 hand-dyed cotton napkins in this outdoor workshop. Traditional shibori, resist, and pole-dyeing techniques will be included with hands-on help. This event will happen rain or shine. Come have fun, get messy, explore and see what you can do!
The fee includes all materials.
Please wear comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing for dyeing (indigo stains will not come out.)
Please note that this is an all-day workshop, bring a bagged lunch.
