Celebration for “Brockton Youth Creates 2024”

October 5, 2024
1:00 - 3:00 PM

Free and Open to the Public; Registration required.

Student artists, family, and friends are invited to celebrate the creativity and artistic excellence of Brockton High School students as part of the Fuller Craft Museum’s biennial Brockton Youth Creates exhibition on display July 13 through October 13, 2024. With pieces representing all grade levels, this group of work highlights the power of young voices, celebrating their individuality and reflecting on the wider world. From whimsical teapots to dystopian illustrations, this exhibition offers insight into the joys, anxieties, and goals of the next generation of makers.

This is the 2024 installation of Brockton Youth Creates, an ongoing biennial exhibition that displays the work of young artists in the Brockton Public School system. Fuller Craft Museum extends deep gratitude to the dedicated arts educators whose efforts continue to make these profound artistic expressions possible. We would especially like to thank Sarah Richards, Brockton Public Schools’ K-12 Director of Art for her collaborative spirit in support of this exhibition.
