Pushing Boundaries presents the work of 50 of the talented 300 ceramicists over the past 18 years who have participated in the State of Clay exhibitions at the Lexington Arts and Crafts Society, Lexington, MA. These ceramicists are educators, studio potters, established professionals, emerging artists and craftspeople with both traditional and contemporary styles who seek to stretch the boundaries of clay – with the aim of bringing awareness of this medium to the public.
NCECA Reception with Speaker Wayne Higby

Celebrate a rich season of clay with a special NCECA conference reception featuring a 2:00 pm lecture by ceramic artist and educator Wayne Higby. Reception is included with the cost of admission. The lecture is $15 ($7 Members).
*The State of Clay is a juried exhibition open to all current and former residents of Massachusetts and is put on by the members of the Ceramics Guild of LACS.
Continuum of Innovation: Haystack Clay Selects, Legacy of Fire: Clay Dragon Studios Revisited and State of Clay are being organized in conjunction with NCECA 2015 being held in Providence, RI from March 25-28, 2015.
