Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all workshop registrations will happen online only. 6-week course. Experience the joy of using your hands to create unique ceramic pieces. We will combine a variety of hand-building techniques including: slab, coil, and pinch, to create sculptural and functional objects. Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all workshop registrations will happen online only. Explore a mixture of non-press printmaking strategies with botanical textures. Combine leaves, sea foam, dried fruits, pressed flowers, pine cones, fern fronds…and even some fabulous fakes, fabrics, and carved versions of botanicals. We’ll be printing into papers, card stocks, vellums, and some textiles for use in art projects like collage, assemblage, and the book arts.
