Pottery: Intro to Wheel Throwing
(March 15 – May 3)

This 8-week course focuses on all the basics of working on a pottery wheel. This introductory-level course is for beginner through advanced students (ages 16+) with individualized instruction that will cover basic skills, control, and self-expression, as well as surface decoration and glazing. Basic to advanced wheel throwing techniques will be taught. Techniques for making a variety of forms such as plates, bowls, vases, pitchers and coffee mugs will be demonstrated. One 25lb. bag of clay included and all other materials and tools are included with class fee. There is a maximum of 6 students per class. Instructor: Britt Drews
