An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Saturday, repeating until April 14, 2018

The term stress is widely used to describe virtually everything challenging in modern society. During the Mindful Yoga class series, you’ll learn the tools to strengthen your internal resources to effectively reduce stress. Anxiety is an uncomfortable emotion associated with a sense of dread. Mindful Yoga tools may help with anxiety by reducing muscle tension, encouraging a calm breath, promoting sound sleep, and more! Classes include basic postures, reinforcing a sense of grounding, emphasizing slow breathing and movement. Individuals are given the choice to sit or stand. Please bring your own yoga mat and block. Straps and blankets are suggested. Chairs to be provided by FullerCRAFT Museum if needed.
