Two-day Workshop. Learn to make a simple wooden bowl on a lathe in this two-day workshop. Students will learn safe use of the lathe and tools and basic bowl turning technique, turn and finish a bowl to take home by the second day. Students are provided with the safety equipment, a dedicated lathe and use of tools during the workshop. No physical strength or previous woodworking experience required. Class size is limited to 4. All tools and materials are provided by the instructor. Instructor: Steve Wiseman.
This workshops meets on two consecutive days (Saturday & Sunday), each day will start at 10:00 am and end at 4:00 pm.
Session 1: January 18 – 19, 2020
Session 2: May 16 – 17, 2020
Saturday – Sunday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Skill Level: Beginner (ages 18+)
