Feel the forest by making chopsticks. The exhibit, “Objects of Use and Beauty: Design and Craft in Japanese Culinary Tools,” introduces the visitor to a variety of utensils used everyday in both home and professional kitchens. We are pleased to offer a very unique chopstick-making workshop with Mrs. Kayoko Takashima, a skilled chopstick craftsperson from Niigata, Japan.
