Come see the BrSO Flutissimo Flute Quartet this Saturday, October 3 at 2:00 pm at Fuller Craft Museum.
Live Music outdoors on the pond-side of our stunning Upper Porter Pond.

The Brockton Public Library and Brockton Symphony Chamber Music Series continue the third year of their Chamber Music collaboration! This Saturday’s performance features BrSO Flutissimo, a South Shore based flute quartet composed of Brockton Symphony Orchestra players. The presentation will also be recorded and posted online. All safety regulations established by the state will be followed including physical distancing and masks required at all times. For those who wish to sit and listen, chairs will be placed with distancing; the chairs cannot be moved.

The concert will be recorded, so visitors are welcome to watch but silence is requested.

Brockton Public Library – Brockton Symphony Chamber Music Series
The Brockton Public Library and the Brockton Symphony Chamber Players continue the third year of their Chamber Music collaboration! This year’s series is a bit different, and we are video recording our performances, which then will be presented online. We thank the Fuller Craft Museum for their beautiful outdoor courtyard with the extra benefit of great acoustics for this performance.

Saturday’s performance features the BrSO Flutissimo Flute Quartet:

Flutissimo brings you an hour-long collection of musical gems. You’ll hear Saint-Saëns’ The Swan, as you gaze at the gorgeous fall visa of Upper Porter Pond. From the joyful Irish music of Catherine McMichael’s Gaelic Offering, Gary Schocker’s whimsical Coffee Nerves, a jazzy arrangement of Bach’s Badinerie by Melanie Thorne, to the ambiance of Nicole Chamberlain’s French Quarter in New Orleans, the program is sure to please. Click here to download the program.

BrSO Flutissimo enjoys playing in Brockton and the surrounding area, including the Brockton Public Library Music Series, Brockton Symphony Chamber Concerts, the Chinese New Year celebration in Quincy and various events.

Fuller Craft Museum is open Tuesday through Sunday, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. Our Museum admission is by donation for all guests, suggested donation $12.
